Calangute and Baga beach is in walkable distance and there are plenty of good restaurents nearby. Room condition is okay, but the amenities are not at all enough as per the Delux Non-AC rooms. "Price was ok for the room we paid for. For a one night stay it was ok. Place could do with an upgrade - fresh paint, bathroom door knobs loose and tv not working. Overall it was ok."
