Owners and receptionist ( especially Felix) were extremely helpful in booking bus tickets as well as confirming them. "I really enjoyed my stay here. I was put in the VIP#2 room and I enjoyed the view. As the room was on the 6th floor, it was also fairly quiet. I booked a private tour of the floating markets and canal cruise through this hotel, and it was excellent. Mr. Hai, my guide spoke English very well and was very kind. I loved the small floating market we visited and especially the peaceful cruise along the small canals. I highly recommend this tour!"

"The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the sunset cruise and floating market cruise they offered (very affordable). The breakfast and dinner was fantastic! Although the rooms were comfortable and had hot water and good wifi, we didn't sleep well due to the thin/open walls which didn't block out the noise from outside or from our neighbours. The place was difficult to find (other side of the river from Nguyen Shack) but we enjoyed taking the free bicycles for a ride. Make sure you don't keep...
