"This building is LEED Certified. The building is nicely decorated, ALL of the STAFF is friendly, helpful, and ready to assist in any way they can to make your visit welcoming and pleasant. "I am in a wheelchair and at the last minute they told me my reservation for a wheelchair room was canceled due to maintenance. Also only one elevator was working out of three and I was told that they have been out for months. For all the trouble I have received I have not had one apology.⁸"

"Very easy access to NC state campus or the PNC arena. Decent breakfast . Friendly staff. It is near train tracks so that can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. "
