"We found this hotel by chance and were delighted by the great service and excellent spa facilities. We were also served a fine dinner and delicious breakfast, all included in the room price. We ordered and paid for a special local wine separately, and it was well worth it."

"We were in a room with a balcony so had a fantastic view. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was extremely spacious. The hotel didn't do pick up as Hotels.com suggested but taxi fares are cheap in the city. The most disappointing aspect was the food. We arrived at the dining room 1 hour before closing time & were told this is all we have left, which was not much & some of the food looked tired and kept less than hot. We were still charged the full restaurant price for this....

"The hotel is pretty run down, need a a lot of maintenance. The carpet in the room was dirty, the mattresses on the bed were worn and you sunk in them when laid in the bed. Towels were small. The bathroom was clean but one of the doors was missing from the shower cubicle and there was a piece of shower curtain hanging to replace the door. Breakfast was OK. There’s a lot to be desired for the price we paid for this room. "

"Really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. Excellent lighting. A very large amount of closet space as well, extra blankets/pillows in the wardrobes/closets. Apartment I was in (123) faces out to parking lots, so helpful to keep all shades down at times. Would...

"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. "Very well kept hotel in excellent location. Room was very small and tight. You could not walk around the bed without turning sideways. If driving there, navigate to the Hotel Palatonus Parking, you cannot drive to the hotel address, it is on a footpath."
