"Cannot find anyone at the front desk. "

"Check in was easy. We were assigned our room and around 1am my husband and I woke up because the room felt uncomfortably hot. The AC was broken and we asked for a fan to help freshen up the room a bit but there were non available, however, the front desk offered to move us to a different room which we accepted. That room was more comfortable and had a working AC. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. They had a nice variety of options (waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, muffins, bagels,...

"Room was very cold, heat did not work , there was one thin blanket on the bed— the front desk attendant promptly brought a blanket when I told him, and said he would have maintenance look at heat, but I was there only for one night, and nobody came to fix it, I slept fully clothed wearing a sweatshirt and pants—the toilet was grossly discolored, as if somebody didn’t flush, but it was due to another unknown issue—no shampoo in room— overall a very disappointing experience!"

"A great little place to stay. The room was very clean, had all the basic stuff you might need with a comfortable bed. The supply closet had extras if you needed anything else, since none of the hotel staff were actually at the hotel it seemed like for the most part. If you are just coming for a room to stay in and don't really need the front desk for much usually, then this is a great option. "
