"Great hotel with lovely staff and wonderful views of the river Danube & Parliament building. Only issue with our room was it was too hot & we couldn’t turn off the heating. Had to sleep with the doors open. We did report to reception on our first day but it wasn’t resolved. Otherwise a lovely stay with great views of all attractions."

"Hotel was really nice. Staff really welcoming and polite, rooms cleaned really well every day. Hotel is also in a really central location and close to lively restaurants and bars. Hotel also has an app where you can stock the mini fridge, ask for any extra toiletries, or contact the reception on. Only slight downside as we had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in.
