"The staff are so friendly and helpful. From the front desk personnel, to the breakfast matrons, to the housekeeping personnel. The lady that checked us in was a little short, she didn't tell us about breakfast or checkout time, and I had to ask about how to access the room. The two ladies in the morning both at the desk & taking care of breakfast were very pleasant. We stayed there due to the closeness to the racetrack."
