"My only complaint was that the room was a bit chilly, never getting above 66 degrees despite the heat being set higher. Other than that, it was fine. And Pauline at the check-in desk was terrific. Extremely nice, friendly, and very helpful."

"An updated and comfortable hotel right in Brookline Mass. Great location (short walk to restaurants, shops, coffee bars on Harvard St.). Valet parking is expensive but expected for Boston. We got lucky with street parking. There is a municipal lot a few blocks away. Small but functional bar in lobby. Staff were polite. Would Recommend. "

"Nice inn. Friendly staff. Great morning coffee and continental breakfast in lobby. Cool room with amazingly large tv. Lots if apps for entertainment. Bathroom is a little weird with step up into it but clean and functional. No temp control. Too warm at first but with closed vents and window open I was able to find a good temperature for the night. Very cold night was not a problem at all. Excellent and charming place reasonably priced. Will definitely go back. "

"Great place to stay but they need to let you know that there is no elevator. I'm to old to climb 3 floors every time I come and go."
