"On the whole it was a lovely hotel, my only real complaint was lack of fresh air. The wind was a tilt and turn window and had a note saying there was a opening limit as is common in all multi story hotels. However our window catch was broken so they had screwed the window shut. It meant the room was very stuffy. It would cost about £10 for a new window catch and takes about 10 minutes to change. Screwing the window shut is not the right thing to do. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink.
