"Let down by small things! I'd stay at the Old Ship again. Switched room mid-stay at venue's request, but I was okay with that. Comfortable beds and great linen. Both rooms were freshly painted and had been thoughtfully decorated.. However, neither bathroom had a shelf - awkward - and one room had only an overhead light. "We had the twin room with the bathroom across the corridor. Due to this dressing gowns were provided which were large and cosy. Very large room with space for 2 chairs and coffee table. Breakfast for £5 was amazing! Good ale. "
