"The staff was superb. We, having been in France for 3 weeks prior to our arrival had quite a bit of laundry. The staff, took care of this for us at our arrival and we received our clean folded clothes the next day. Nothing beats this location as the rear of the hotel puts you right in the center of a pedestrian street lined on all sides with cafes and restaurants as well as the entry to the Chateau Amboise. "Very nice and clean Hotel, well contacted 2 mins walinh from the train station. Staff was so helpful and welcoming, especially the reception manager, i had a small problem with my room then she directly changed it. "
