"Limehome Basel Münzgasse is in the heart of the Old Town and in easy walking distance of many attractions (Kunstmuseum Basel, etc.) and the transport links to go further afield (easy access to trams and the rail station). We found the location ideal for our family trip with our 5-year-old son. The accommodation was very clean, and the kitchen was well enough stocked that we could make meals as and when needed. "This isn’t a hotel but a hostel. There is no shower or bathroom in the room. I never seen any like that in over 20 years. It’s unacceptable especially since it wasn’t disclosed before arrival! The staff were friendly and the location was good. But also No (real) parking, meaning you had to park public which required resets g the parking clock every 1.5 hours. I made it work for me since I could park at my friends house but the fact that nothing of this is properly disclosed prior is terrible!!"
