"Very well located B&B for visiting both the high and lower parts of Lincoln. Useful arrival information provided beforehand. Room clean and comfortable with tv that works! We were one of the top floor rooms with great view. Bathroom good - wet room that succeeds in only getting the shower area wet and has good drainage. And warm. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. "The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."
