"This was an average hotel. It looked like they were doing some renovations: repainting the woodwork and walls. There was no chain on the door. The door was difficult to get closed. It was quiet and comfortable."

"This property needs to review and update the photos on all booking platforms. We booked a suite which showed photos of the deluxe suite but did not realize this until after arrival. The suite is just a single room with a whirlpool tub in place of the couch that regular rooms have. Breakfast was okay, easy parking, quiet property."

"We had prepaid. When we arrived to the property we thought we had booked, there was no record of our reservation. The contact phone number on the reservation was not accurate, it was some guy's personal number in Los Angeles. For Hotels/Expedia Help, had to first go through AI Chat, then some unhelpful chat with a guy named "Christian" who disconnected me without my problem being resolved but did give me a "1-800" number to call. The call was awful, had to go through many unrelated menus...

"We came to Crosslake for the Winterfest. Nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean. Adequate breakfast. Easy checkin and check out. Clean pool and hot tub area. All equipment worked. Highly recommend. Liked the north woods theme."
