"I was too anxious when i booked at this property then read the reviews. I was worried that my family will not be comfortable and won't enjoy our holidays. I booked last minute and my budget was limited. Went there without expecting anything. The apartment was basic. Basic swimming pool but my kids 5 and 3 years old enjoyed swimming. "They did it again. We booked the Zahara and when we arrived we were given a totally different apartment at Los Peces. Last time we got the Azahar. If we book the Zahara then we want the Zahara not a different block. Not sure how and why the system is breaking down and whether its hotels.com to blame or rentalmar but it needs sorting."
