"The receptionist was very rude, the room was clean but in poor condition, and the walls were so thin you could hear the conversation next door perfectly. The hotel is slightly outside of the city center but still within walkable distance. For the price we paid would have expected something much better - would not recommend."

When we arrived there was no one to check us in. "We have stayed here before and the hotel has lookled a little "tired". We had a a refurbished room and it was small but good. Sound proofing from the nearby TGV railway line is excellent so we were surprised that we could here a loud TV until 1am. Main disappointment was the sun loungers around the small pool - only 4 and 2 were broken. More loungers are promised for 2014. We will stay there again - excellent breakfast for the price."

"We stopped off here for a night on a road trip. It was amazing value for money. The rooms are updated and the beds comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant which was excellent (Although I wouldn't eat there if you are in a rush as it took us over 2 hours to finish our 3 courses. "Basic, but value for money. No lift, so a bit of a climb to second floor rooms. Rooms small, with minimum furnishings, but clean. Beds comfortable, ensuite showers clean and efficient. Two night stay and one room was not cleaned. Explanation given was that they did not have a duplicate key.... Curtains in one room inadequate. Rooms to back, so no noise from busy road outside. TV. Wi-fi available. Nearby underground parking at reasonable rate. Well located close to historic centre,...

"Was allocated 2nd floor room, but it was no problem to be moved to 1st floor by staff. Very friendly staff and was very happy to carry bags for us. Hotel is rathertired but our stay of one night was very pleasant. In fact the towels were lovely and thick, much better than the ones in at Ibis Geneva. Staff could not have been more helpful. Stayed for dinner and food was cheap and very good. Would reccomend if you want a cheap place to stay."
