"Such a nice hotel with very nice staff. We felt very welcome when we arrived. There are nice restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s a nice village to stay for transit The swimming pool was very nice and clean. There is no airconditioning but we knew that and it was okay. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but a really nice lunch nearby a restaurant. "

"Motor racing themed budget hotel on the main street of this spa town. Seems family-run. Very friendly pleasant staff. Room is a little worn but large and comfortable. I couldn't drink the large complimentary bottle of Contrex water which had a sulphorous tinge. Contrexeville is nothing special except the spa which I didn't visit. Not far from the upper Moselle which is pretty and has a great bike path. Excellent indoor bicycle storage. "

"Perfect location in a quiet village a short distance from Chaumont. Very comfortable accommodation in a quaint traditionally French hotel and a very good host. The continental breakfast was excellent with homemade jams and good bread and croissants. Over all, a great place to stay."

"Such a beautiful find in the heart of Langres. Friendly owners and a beautiful room..all very clean and typically French. Enjoyed the addition of a Jacuzzi bath.. would definitely recommend .. "

"A really unique experience and glad we did it however staff weren’t around or present much and it wasn’t the cleanest so felt a bit uncomfortable. More could be done to maintain and make a more enjoyable experience as it’s a great idea "

"The room I'm we were given was adjacent to the kitchen. Basically, that room should be decommissioned. They were banging away till 11:30 pm making it impossible to rest. Also, the condition of room was pretty dismal. It just felt worn and the bed was so low, it was practically on the floor. However, it was affordable, so if the room was in a better location on the property, I would have less to complain about. "The rooms were very nice and large, especially for a French hotel. The bathroom had a really nice shower. The room was very quiet and was next to a park. There is also an onsite restaurant. I would stay here again if I was visiting Vittel."
