"Super 8 System was not operating well. There was a back up at the counter for check in. Clerk was friendly and courteous. We were booked for a pet friendly suite but upon check-in we were informed we could not have a dog in a suite. Front desk clerk offered us a room with 2 queen beds and we ended up in a room with one queen bed. Confusion around check in."
