"What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house. "The advertised photos no longer represents the property, it is now run-down, unsafe, dirty and smells of sewage. They advertised a restaurant called Blue Mikey that is also a run-down place that is filthy! When checking in i looked over and it still had dirty pots and dishes from several days passed by appearances and along with dirt on counter. I have saw homeless encampments that looked better. Once i checked in and looked at the place i immediately turned around and left."

"The owner, Ms Veronica Hauschild, was very helpful & accommodating. Despite the fact that they didnt receive the Expedia booking in time, she still tried to accommodate me. Her sister-in-law was likewise very helpful. However, the property was far from the one advertised in Expedia - there was no wi-fi (which we badly needed), the mattresses were too thin & worn-out, no cable TV and water service was poor. We paid for rental of a house and got a shabby room instead."

"The property did not meet our expectation. With its price in the area, it was so costly.. Don't go to the property during rainy season. It is flooded. My family and I were disappointed to see the flood right in front of the unit. We arrived at past 4pm and we could have spent the rest of the day roaming around Alaminos.. But instead, we chose to stay in the house because of the flood outside.. The owner, though was very helpful in giving us tips although we havent had the chance to meet."
