"Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. Overall a great experience. "

"+ Great hotel to stay for ski trip in close Madonna Campiglio ski complex. Excellent and vary breakfast (both sweet and savory products). Free parking on-site. - Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. This means that the extra fee looked as irrational."

"A good apartment in Carisolo, within walking distance to the town of Pinzolo and some 15min drive to Madonna di Campiglio/Groste skiing resort. The studio room was of sufficient size consisting of a double bed, a TV, a square dining table (for 2), a small kitchen and a bathroom. Good heating in winter, the room was very warm.
