"Staff was amazing they helped us when we were having the worst day ever. "

"The stay was great but the 306 room the bathtub had some issues and the guy in the morning checking me out said oh I never know what happens with the new renovation which I found concerning how do we know if they room is good if they never check in on it… I like staying at the hotel but would like to see some more attention to those 2 areas please. "

"We stayed off season (December) so the hotel was quiet. The room was spacious and updated with a nice bathroom and walk in shower. The property maintains "western charm" with the decor. A very historic building. "

"Beautiful views! We had a great time with family for the holidays. It was just right. The kitchen was nicely supplied for our needs. Unfortunately the microwave did not seem to be working, but we got by just fine. I'm sure they will have that taken care of. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife and the Big Horns made a lovely view! "
