"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Murten with our family. We really appreciated the convenient location, close to the lake and the village. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is large and comfortable, although it could use some update in the furniture. Also tv was not working during our stay. The restaurant is good and has a large choice, but unfortunately it was closed both Sunday and Monday. All in all, we recommend this property and we thank the staff for welcoming us!"

"The property is good and the adjacent restaurant was good too. I wasn't happy an iron for clothes pressing was not available at all and i would have needed to pay for that service. Arriving in the evening the service is not available anyway. So, I a lot of hot water for steam was used to make clothing presentable for work."

"Let's start by saying that this is a hostel, so amenities are limited and comfort is just ok. That said, this is an awesome place to stay. We added the meal at night--excellent and parking. Staff was very pleasant and helped us understand how to navigate the stay."

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. Clean place, kitchen with appliances and utensil available for use, a few areas for resting in and outside the building. Just not sure about the Internet connection - my laptop was not able to find the username, however in other places before and after, it was ok. to solve the problem the host let me use their own laptop to check a ticket.
