"The Days Inn & Suites in Caldwell, OH was extremely clean and comfortable, and the people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to add those small touches that made the stay even better. There was not only coffee and tea at hand, but a large container of fresh ice water in the lobby near their many awards. The tea came in some great flavors. The front clerk made sure we knew everything needed - from wifi to TV, and offered immediate help if we needed anything at all. The small touches extended to our room - which they had already cooled down on the hot day we arrived, so that we entered to a fresh, clean scent and AC.
