"Kudos to the Crew, Jose rocks, always an attentive gentleman. Thanks. However, the Hotel Condition is not what it was in 2018 when my family spent a month in the hotel when transition between homes. We stayed at this hotel 2x in the past couple of months. Overall Hotel is good. However, the hotel no longer has the pristine condition it did when it first opened. Cleanliness is Key. Ex. "Property and staff were all wonderful, helpful and kind. Hotel isnt on a great area (empty industrial neighborhood), but we felt safe staying there as a family. Noise was just lots of families and groups of people that we could hear while in our room. Easy/quick <$10 lyft to Hartford events"
