"The young lady at the service desk was very nice. Our room was very nice especially for the price. The continental breakfast was fine. The address on the Hotels.com site was wrong. The address is 450 Moye when you put it into the phone it sends you to 762 Moye. Hopefully that can get fixed."

"I was in town overnight for a funeral. The hotel staff was very kind and allowed me to return after checkout and use a room to change from my suit to more comfortable clothes for the drive home. I really appreciated that. The was construction on the property during my stay, but that wasn't too bad. The only negative comment I have is that I lowered the room temperature before going to sleep, but during the night it reset to a higher temperature, causing me to wake in the middle of the night,...

"We loved everything about our stay, but I have to admit that we purposely chose this hotel for the indoor pool, and my kids were soooo excited to swim! We got all ready in our suits, got down there, and the pool was ice cold! We couldn’t go beyond our toes, and they were so disappointed that we couldn’t swim. I would recommend removing that feature or there being a disclaimer stating the pool is not heated or closed for the winter. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!"
