"Ok place good size rooms, close to town centre in Caleta. BUT the pictures are out of date, no shop area, a bar that closes at 3.30pm, and if you are not into aeroplanes, the hotel is right below the flight path to the airport a mile or so away so can be very noisy"

"This was a perfect place for me! The accommodation is really authentic and tastefully decorated! The surroundings are beautiful and easily reach other places (villages, mountains, beaches) by car or bike. Contact with the host was easy by WhatsApp, she did everything to make my stay comfortable and gave space to also go my own way. Very good shared bathroom and common room for eating, to be recommended!"

"David is a wonderful host. Although we arrived late he took time to showed us around and prepared fruits, water, coffee and wine as a warm welcome. He always was available via WhatsApp and gave us great advise about must sees. The villa maracuja also was wonderful. We even had the chance to eat maracujas, which was a great experience. "It was a very interesting experience. Very rural and peaceful. It was true to the photographs but did feel like we were staying in an antique shop. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but the cottage was well equipped with mod-cons and a nice shower room. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool as there was too many flies and a strong farmyard smell. Overall not really our thing but would appeal to others! "
