"It's ok for 1 night "

"Excellent service and very friendly staff. Breakfast service person engaged everyone and made sure people had everything they needed. Even provided scissors to snip those nasty packets of syrup and hot sauce that you can't open without great difficulty. Desk person went above and beyond for service. I forgot 6 postcards in my room and she tracked down housekeeping,they found the postcards and offered to mail them. "

"This place was great! Room was very clean, the ac, fridge and microwave worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable, was within 5 minutes of the water park and right down the street from an awesome playground for the kids! No bugs at all either. Much cheaper than other hotels in the area. "

"Exterior in bad need of repair but surprised by the neatness and cleanliness of the room. Bed was fine. Plumbing was new and good shower. Hard to beat the price. (Cheaper than the KOA). "

"We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. It took several minutes to get a representative from Expedia, but as soon as I did, my issue was resolved quickly and professionally by both the Expedia...
