"Even though it’s on the main drag, it’s very quiet and cozy. It’s within walking distance of at least 20 small restaurants. Wonderful hosts! Delicious breakfast! It’s hard to realize that about 80 years ago, tanks landing at Normandy rolled along these same streets. "

"great stay for a nice price. clean room, friendly staff. if you don't have a car it's a bit far from downtown bayeux. but if you're comfortable walking or cycling, it's fine. i actually walked from/to the main train station with a backpack and enjoyed the scenery. also glad i added the breakfast option when i ckecked-in. worked out nice to fuel up in the mornings before long cycling trips."

It is under new ownership and when I was there Restaurant not open so not sure if they will have one.Room clean,a good size and bed comfortable but not much around location.Highlight for me was big car wash /Total Énergies over the main road! "Stayed here for 4 nights as a base in the middle of the landing beaches. Hotel is only a few meters walk from Sword beach. Hotel is a little run down. Parking is limted to 5 spaces and always seem to have staff cars in it. Parking mext door was chargeable 7am to 7pm but parking on local streets nearby is free if you can get a space. Hotel was having scaffolding erected when i arrived so if i paid for a room with a sea view i would have been angry. Room itself was pokey and a little mould in...

"Very basic hotel in a quaint little French town. Great location for excursions into Carentan, Utah Beach, etc. Worth the very reasonable cost. Village shopping area just a few steps away for necessities. "
