"Two issues the toilet was not working properly needed plunger brought and had to keep taking lid off to work toilet. We had jacuzzi and we all noticed black stuff coming through jets as it operated that was a bit gross to say least. Still love West bank inn but felt uncomfortable by both issues. Employee came to fix toilet but I actually had to fix it "

"We had a brief overnight stay here. The staff was friendly. The room and grounds were clean. The indoor pool room looked great, but we arrived at midnight and had to leave at 9am so we were not able to use it. Overall, for the location it is in it was a good hotel."

"Scheduling and check in were pleasant and smooth. Katie and Tyler were very helpful and accommodating. The home was so very spacious and accommodating when it came to our large family gathering.
