"Very central to main shops and tourist sites. It's very modern but still needs attention . No toilet seats no dishes to put in oven, no kitchen towels or brush and pan . The couch was very uncomfortable and was a bet that was broken. Bno information on how to use facilities. The door key code was handle was difficult at first not the key box . I would stay again if the couch was replaced and toilet seats fitted. I sent pictures to Smart flats for there attention."

"We only stayed for one night whilst the Christmas market was on. Hotel is very convenient to the centre and trams are a short walk away. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful. Lots of interesting traditional furniture and artefacts in the hotel. Room was large with a modern bathroom. "

"Apartment was large, right in the city centre with everything around it. There was a supermarket opposite, bars and restaurants within 2 mins walk. The flat was clean and spacious with a nice little balcony outside to have a drink, even if the view is not brilliant, a nice bonus in the city centre. Beds were comfy, heating was easy to control. The kitchen was large and so was the dinning table. The only small minuses were the lack of a microwave and iron, and maybe a soak matt for the shower...

"Its a beautiful family company. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I even had a good chat with 1 of the owners! Everything was on point. Can't even describe how stunning the room was. Guy greeted us when we arrived and was great explaining everything to us including the best way to get to the centre of Ghent and see all the sites. Every morning promptly on time he delivered to us a very delicious and sustantial breakfast. The only thing is, it is not for the physically disabled or elderly."
