It meant the room was very stuffy. It would cost about £10 for a new window catch and takes about 10 minutes to change. Screwing the window shut is not the right thing to do. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. "This hotel was better than expected. The staff were not only courteous but went out of their way to be helpful. We had the least expensive room and yes it was tiny, but it was clean and very comfortable. (if you are bigger sized, you may want to consider not choosing the smallest room). Although there was no kettle, the staff happily got us hot water. We appreciated the recycle containers placed near the stairs. Hotel is conveniently located next to the train/bus station, easy access to city...

"Staff is really friendly but very limited English. My room wasn't big but I have all the minimal stuff. The only problem it's to get there, it doesn't have a easy connection with the centre of Lyon and around the hotel there is not enough things to do and the Hotel doesn't have instalation for recreation. Also it's really hard to eat something around."
