Excellent & friendly staff, speedy service, very clean rooms, very spacious, great location, felt safe and well lit, Liked the parking too and having a room to the outside. For a 3 star hotel & for the value and the area, property age, etc., they more than deserve 5 Gold Stars. "My husband, son and I stayed her recently for 2 nights while passing through Tampa and were very pleased. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind, the room was spacious and impeccable and the location was great—close to some restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Definitely recommend. "

"It would have been 5 stars except, the shower water never got ho (it was warm enough to shower but not warm enough to enjoy your shower). Also, our fridge in room did not get cold, even after adjusting the temp. Other then that everything was great."
