"Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l’hôtel car nous sommes arrivé de nous et l’adresse GPS nous indiquait que l’hôtel était de l’autre côté de la rive. Nous avons donc dû demander à plusieurs personnes ou se trouvait l’hôtel car aucun panneau d’indication. Sans doute le côté écologique mais des douches froide (gelé) le temps de 3 nuits ça passe… En Concernant le petit dej il n’est pas inclus mais payant de plus après 21h la restauration n’est plus ouverte. "Transport to the port is not reliable. We almost forgot our ferry as the transport was not there even if planned in advance. We ended itchicking with the kids. "

"Its been really nicely refurbished and great value and location. I would like to say it was peaceful and it would have been, but they were building a new block of rooms in the morning. When this is finished it would be very peaceful and idyllic. "

"Not 24/7 desk as advertised, when we tried to check in after our ferry got in the gate was padlocked shut, we could hear the phone ringing but no answer. They refused to refund as they “don’t lock the doors” - we were stuck outside their locked hotel for an hour trying to get through, don’t trust them!"
