"The hotel was fairly well maintained and the room I stayed in seemed to have undergone a bit of recent renovations, which felt nice to have a new bathroom to use. The hotel was easy to locate with the use of GPS. However, it is not located near any convenience stores or any eatery that opens early for breakfast. The check-in staff seemed rather unfriendly during my check-in process. For the price I paid, I was not impressed with the service I received."

"We stayed for a night or more each week over the past month. It was on the second floor. Bad mistake for the cheaper rooms. Its complete with dust, bed bugs, filthy tubs, broken showers and leaky pipes to name a few. The AC in some rooms were non existent. What is worse is to be covered in red itchy welts from bed bugs. Not sure if they even wash those worn brown blankets. TV is just furniture - does not work or you get snow. Door locks are not always working properly to leave you secure. Then...

"The bed in Room 306 was infested with bed bugs and my son and his girlfriend were bitten in many places from 12 – 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday 21 July 2024. They have photos of the welts caused by these vicious bed bugs’ bites. Please email us how to send these pictures to Expedia. They could not sleep and eventually requested for a change of room to Room 206 which was not the King Deluxe Room Type that I had paid for.
