"While I didn't expect to have my room cleaned every day, it was done without my asking. This was a nice little perk. When I checked in, I was told that I was on the second floor, and when asking where the elevator was I was told that there was none. This would have been nice but since I'm able to go up and down stairs, it still worked out. What was inconvenient was carrying my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs, both upon arrival and checking out. "
