"It was a nice day and people were very nice. They offered cookies at the end of the day which was much appreciated. They ran out of coffee for breakfast the first morning, which was unfortunate for us! Also, I strongly feel that parking fees are way too expensive when we are already paying a lot to stay at a hotel. I know that this is common practice but it really sucks."

"The last few years when I come out to Carlsbad to catch up with family and friends, I stay at the Best Western. It’s a great location, has breakfast included (hot at that) and good service. Also, I’m a recycler-so very impressed at how eco friendly they are! Very much recommend staying here!!"
