"Wonderful check in staff. 1st room was non-smoking but seemed anomeone had smoked heavily in. When brought to front desk attention, she quickly moved us into a new room. I anppreciate that she went above and beyond when the issue was brought to her attention. Thank you!"

"It was cleaned, however my bed was on the springs were sticking me in room 115 the bed next to the wall. On that same bed I left $200.00 I did not get my money back claim the maid didn’t see it."

"The hotel looked shady from the get go. The toilet had to be fixed when we got there and couldn’t change rooms he is e”there wasn’t another room available”. Found a couple bed bugs on the sheets and the cover on the other bed looked as if it had dry blood on it. Also it’s not the Hotel Aiken that you’re staying at, but the Holley House. May want to change that on your site. Overall an unpleasant experience to say the least. "
