"Property manager was great! Allowed us to check in a little earlier than expected. Pleasant throughout our stay and always talked to us when he saw us. Only a few blocks to the boardwalk. Pool was clean and taken care of. Overall great experience "

"the (732)793-1735 number does not work or no one answers but I received a call back from a Mr.Muhammad who was very friendly, accommodating & very helpful. the rooms are clean but very cramp & there are no closets or places to hang clothes. only other furniture in the room were 2 nightstands with a lamp with 3 small drawers & a desk with no chair. we stayed in a very nice single bed room during a very cold & very windy rainstorm. outside cold air leaked thru around the A/C unit below the window....

"After reading several scathing reviews of this place, I decided to try staying there for myself and I was pleasantly surprised. Clearly the poor reviews are coming from people who are accustomed to staying at much fancier, more expensive hotels. But for the value, it’s hard to beat its prime location right by the beach and boardwalk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of my questions and even gave me some great local restaurant suggestions. The room was clean and smelled...

"The place was nice and clean and the staff was very courteous. There needs to be though more detailed instructions on how to operate the equipment (i.e. HVAC). At first, I thought the HVAC in my room was broken and I was freezing. Also, I was missing the bathtub stopper in the bathroom. Otherwise I was satisfied."
