"I liked the location of the property, it’s very convenient. I did not like that our room air conditioner broke down the first day (also on our last day). We had to move to another room while it got fixed and staff was gracious about that. Shower water pressure in bathroom is non existent. Also wasn’t happy that our ride (thru the hotel) to the ferry port was a no show. Security guard saved the day by booking alternate ride but we nearly missed our scheduled departure. "Great place to enjoy our honeymoon. It’s quite, safe and easy access to the Ruins and Paradise Beach. It’s far from Santa Fe Port though but we rented out motorbikes to explore around the area. The property is clean but could do better. The hairdryer was broken but they gave us replacement right away which is nice. The staffs are friendly. I just wished they offer more drink options (alcohol) they have wines but pricey. Overall, we like the place and would love to come back. "
