"We absolutely loved this hotel - the room was spacious and well kept and stocked. Shout out to our daily room attendant, Momin who was very pleasant and responsive/perceptive to our needs. "Great location as long as you get a hire car, although this is not recommended for someone with limited driving experience or no experience of driving on Asian Roads. It is slightly on the outskirts but right on the beach. Check in very easy and the suite was large and very good. And generally the hotel is very well maintained. "Lovely place to stay. Walking distance to most attractions. Grab is very inexpensive. Happy hour beer is the best prices anywhere in town. Only downside for me was the bed was hard but the shower was great. Staff were outstanding. "

"Our room was in front of linens storage. Probably if the staffs leave the door open, an alarm rings. One night the alarm was kept going hours. It was annoying. And the swimming pool is small. Except for these, the stay at Hompton was quite amusing. Staffs are really friendly. Great Viva Foodcourt is right in front"

"I would come back just for the staff! Everyone was so welcoming from the moment we arrived! Even tho we arrived hours early for check in they had our room ready and welcomed us in. The room was clean full of complementary drinks and snacks. Being our honey moon they set up a lovely decoration and brownie for us to enjoy l. The pool was great with an amazing pool view and clean. "Pertama kali check in jauh sikit dari town Taiping. tapi distance ok cuma less than 8km. tempat cantik, sunyi, kawasan safe, kakitangan semua bagus. Air pressure pun kuat, bersih, aircond sejuk, tilam selesa, kalau ada kipas ceiling lagi bagus, sbb musim hujan, sejuk nak all the time pasang aircond je, hihii and TV tak dpt tengok sbb setting ke WiFi tak boleh connect, nasib baik raya, so berjalan raya sampai penat, tak sibuk nak tgk tv. hihihi. Shuben cakap next nak check in sini lagi, tapi nak request level ground. ada balkoni santai. Apa pun terbaik dan boleh perbaiki lagi untuk lebih maju. TV tu important, sbb bosan kalau takde TV. "
