"This is an old house, but has been updated. There was plenty of space for 6 adults, was clean, extra blankets and linens. The house has all the basic necessities plus extras like fans, charging stations. Wish there had been 6 kitchen chairs for us all to play cards at the table, two of us had to stand, but we made it work. There were a few things that needed to be repaired (leak, broken window panel) but the owner was very responsive and it did not affect our stay at all. I would stay here...

"Siblings and family - RI natives - returned home for a funeral. Nick was a tremendous host and offered an early check-in without us asking. That ended up being a great blessing for the family that arrived early. The home is in a beautiful location and was as described and spotless upon arrival. Communication was first rate.
