"Loved-Mrs. Brenda at the front desk she was amazing!! Dislikes- Bathrooms in rooms need exhaust. Without them the hallways smells horrible. During breakfast time the maintenance staff, although he was trying to help someone with the waffle maker, he was in the middle of mopping and did not wash his hands and touched several things such as the waffle maker and he removed the waffle mix container im guessing to have it filled. Again after touching his mop, broom and dustpan."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Avid! It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and polite! It was close to our event being held and the shopping and restaurants were only minutes away! The grab and go breakfast was perfect for us and we loved the 24 hour coffee! We had never heard of the Avid before so we were not sure what to expect but we’re pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be staying at the Avid again! "

"The man, Lawrence, I think it was, who does breakfast was awesome..he had a great meal and coffee set up early and was so pleasant and cheerful. We stayed 3 nights for sport tournament and he made every morning great. Room was clean and beds comfortable. "

"Upon arrival, the staff member was courteous, attentive, and accommodating. There was a seamless process to get my room keys and squared away for the evening. If there’s any negatives, it was only that there were dead ladybugs smashed on a few of the walls as well as on the floor. Lastly, it took them a while to replenish the hand lotion in the room as I requested it around 6 AM and it wasn’t rectified when I returned at 11 PM later that day.
