"It is what you expect a budget hotel to be. The room was clean and the staff made our bed and gave us new towels everyday. The washroom layout was a bit strange but it worked fine. The staff was friendly and was able to answer our questions. The breakfast was not really worth the price. The room does not have a kettle or fridge and a hairdryer has to be loaned from reception in exchange for a piece of ID, which we thought was strange but it worked out fine. "Hotel was well priced and close to Expo Centre. Staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. My son joined me and we stayed in a family room, beds were confirtable and it was good. No coffee or tea equipment or other things in the room, but tv was ok and bathroom was a reasonable size. I've stayed in much worse in this area. This was good and the people very nice. "

"A good accommodation for a 2 stars hotel. The bed has been horrible, the heating system switched off in the middle of our last night there. Staff fine, not very friendly but helpful when we requested something. For the money what we paid has been overall a good accommodation. "
