"Check in was very easy and I even got a call when we didn’t arrive by mid evening. It was nice being able to check in remotely (precheck) -much faster once at the property. There was a snaffu and I had the cleaning staff try to barge in the next morning - somehow we were marked for a check-out after 1 night, even if the reservation was for 2 nights. Got it fixed satisfactorily at the front desk."

"A family emergency required me to get a motel room for several days. It is an older motel and it seemed that my room had some renovation. A large entertainment center blocked a brick wall that once had a fire place. There was a five to six inch gap between the entertainment center and the wall that you could see the fire place.
