"Are states started out with the front desk agent? Not being very friendly or helpful. We went to our room. The room was fine. It was on the outside of the hotel so it was a little chilly. It wasn't as clean as it could be. We literally had to walk outside all the way in to go to the pool. Which is you can imagine in the winter time was very cold. We ate at the blue water grill which is at the hotel.Breakfast and dinner were very good and the service was fantastic.It was an alright stay overall"

"Every area asked was met with excellent with the following exception. The mattress was awe full, so hard felt like sleeping on wood. The towels were very thin and rough. "
