"Exterior looked nice. Interior was fine except the bar sink in our room was dirty and the curtains needed repair. There was a coffee pot, cups and microwave but no coffee or tea packets. It was somewhat noisy due to the highway a block away but we didn't hear any noise from the other rooms."

"Enjoyed the stay immensely. Tight fit with my wife and our 4 teenage daughters but the family enjoyed the special atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the caboose we stayed in was very well done. I was very cold for our stay in December, floors were a little cold so bring thick socks or slippers! But the room was warm and cozy! Quite a fun nostalgic stay. Casey Jones Restaurant was outstanding!"

"Front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be the breakfast. They offered scrambled eggs but they were either frozen or powdered and just not edible. Fried potatoes were cold and just unappealing. Cold cereal tasted generic and coffee was very pale and weak. Had we known how bad it would be we would have planned on eating elsewhere! By then there was no time and we would have missed our show! "

"The staff was friendly and accommodated our family's late arrival. Our room was very clean and spacious. We liked that it had an outside balcony. The pool area seemed clean, and the water temperature wasn't cold. The location was why I originally chose this hotel. Kitchen kettle village and a few other nice little businesses were in very close proximity of this hotel. The free breakfast was a nice touch. there was a lot of assorted food to choose from and the hotel provides plenty of seating....

"This is our second stay at a "Tru by Hilton" hotel, and it certainly did not disappoint. We love the clean, modern design, and the atmosphere is incredibly homey and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We were given a room with a nice view, on the side of the hotel that's not facing the highway (though from what we saw, the other side seems fine as well). There's also a coffee station available 24/7 The room was on the smaller side. The breakfast selection was a bit limited....
