Did not ask for a certification upon check in, just trusted us. delightful lady on the phone and equally delightful upon check in. They accommodated ground floor access request, very cheerfully! This room was newly renovated, I have a full kitchen, including full fridge, stove, and oven, sink with new coverage. "I took a while for the owner to answer the bell. After that the service was very good. My room didn't have a microwave so they let me use the microwave in another room that was not being used. The room was clean and tidy. The door handle was a little loose but it worked fine. There was a nice covered area with tables to picnic. Though I didn't use it there is a communal fire pit. Overall an enjoyable stay. I would stay there again."
