"For the price it was great. However, the breakfast was not good. I hate it when hotels use breakfast as a feature and then not have anything worth eating. But otherwise the hotel is a very good value."

" Holiday Inn Ada was great, Hotels.com not so much… I reserved a room online and went to check in but showed no reservation under my name. I had a confirmation email and the transaction had hit my bank account. I ended up having to pay for the room a second time and didn’t receive my refund from Hotels.com for a week. "

The guest fell and was injured (Property NOT at fault) anyway I say this because the night, front desk, lady came to his aid immediately, called medical help for him and stayed with the guest until they arrived. These are the type of people that work here. They care about the guests and go above and beyond to help them. It’s not fancy or The Ritz but it’s affordable and nice. "

"The building itself was old. The hotel reminded me of the ones we would stay in when i was a kid. The rooms were clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and big. The only drawback was they didn't have the a/c running in the room,it was 87 degrees when we opened the door. "
