"Bottled water should be complimentary and a bathrobe is pretty much expected. When we arrived, the resort was empty yet they wanted to charge us an early check in fee. This was not a warm welcome! Otherwise, the staff was excellent."

"Escoger el Hotel Bambito para nuestra estadía en Volcán fue lo mejor. Un hotel con una hermosa infraestructura, sus jardines espectaculares, su piscina y jacuzzi. Todo su personal de lo más amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, en especial el sr. Melvin quien nos atendió en el bar y nos regaló una velada agradable.
