"The hotel is located at a convenient location in Thane in close proximity to Viviana mall. It is super clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The food is excellent also. The only reason for not giving them a 10/10 is that they need to take care of their shower situation. The water keeps switching between hot and cold. This was not just a one time situation as we rented several rooms at different times. We reused the issue to the hotel staff who denied knowing the issue. Will definitely be...
